one way that makes things a little bit easier and consistent in my Crystal Reports is I use text areas to space sections insert text object size it drop it into your section size and position zero zero X and Y zero zero and then just drag it to the size you want and then take that section and shrink it there you can you can reduce the width there but what you can do now is you can actually take this copy it paste it into the next section right click size zero zero and put it up to the same area and then you can have a consistent height of your sections this is really important it just gives that little visual extra your eye can tell that the sections are just perfectly spaced and unfortunately you canamp;#39;t actually set the size of a section through Crystal Reports
