Hey this is Ralph in this video I want to show you how easy it is to insert charts into Microsoft Word. Not long ago I had to create a large document that had over a dozen different charts, and it was pretty easy to do in Word and it was also easy to make them look good. So basically in my Word document, Im going to head right over to the insert ribbon and Im going to choose chart. Now I think for this example Ill just do a default column, clustered column chart, works pretty much the same for all the others, and click okay. Now when you do this, Word is going to give you this little baby like Excel spreadsheet to work with, and for quick charts, thats probably not a bad way to go. However, what I like to do since I like Excel, I click this little button right here to edit the data in Microsoft Excel. Thats going to open up an, a true Excel client interface which is much more practical. So for some of my charts, I already had them created on a spreads

On your Android phone or tablet, open a spreadsheet in the Google Sheets app. Double-tap the chart you want to edit. Tap Edit chart. Choose from: Type: Change the chart type. Legend: Change the legend location. Titles: Change the chart and axis titles. When youre done, tap Done .
Follow the steps below to create a chart/graph: Go to Insert Chart. Click on the Chart and choose the type of chart or graph you want to use. Once you click on the chart/graph, Google Docs inserts it into the document.

Update a chart in Slides or Docs to match the chart in Sheet In Slides or Docs, open a presentation or document. Click a chart to select it. In the top-right corner of the chart, click Update . If you dont see Update. , your chart might not be linked to a spreadsheet. Or, its currently updated.
Google Docs On your Android phone or tablet, open a document. Tap a table. Tap a cell in the row or column you want to change. Tap Format . Tap Table. To change the row and column size, tap the up or down arrows next to Minimum row height and Column width.
