Follow these steps to edit your document: Get started by uploading your document. To edit the content of your document, click the Tools tab and highlight, redact, or erase text in your text box. Add input fields if you need any; supports text, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdown lists etc.
How to edit a PDF file? Upload the file you want to edit. Click on a page thumbnail on the left. Choose an editing tool from the menu above the preview. Draw, write, etc. Change the color, font, stroke size, etc. Click on Save and once more on the Save button to receive your edited PDF.
Whenever you edit a certificate, your recipients can see the changes on their credential portal. However, in some cases, you may need to resend the edited certificate to a recipient. This ensures that your recipient has the most accurate and up-to-date version of their credential.
Using Google Docs: Upload your scanned PDF to Google Drive. Right-click the file and select Open with Google Docs Google Docs will convert the scanned document into an editable format. Make your changes and save the edited file.

If you received a PDF digitally signed by others, you can sign it, but cant edit it. While signing a PDF, if the signer chooses to lock the document after signing, the document becomes read-only for everyone, including the signer.

Only the owner of the certificate can make edits. Some certificate information cannot be edited such as the name of the creator and existing images.
