How do I add a debit card to my account? Navigate to the HOME screen on your Zip app. Select your account tile (Zip Pay/Zip Money) In the top right corner click Manage Select the change payment method. Enter your nominated card details. Be sure to set it as the default (see below) Click SAVE.
Zip is a payment platform that gives shoppers the choice to pay for their purchases via 4 simple installments using a credit or debit card.
Debit cards are accepted on all Zip accounts! Having trouble? Ensure that the card you are attempting to add has sufficient funds for us to pre-authorise $1-$5. The card must not be used on another Zip account that is not in your name. We cannot accept duplicate payment methods on different accounts.
If you are having an issue with completing a purchase please ensure: Your account is not overdue, you will be unable to make a purchase when your account is behind on repayments. Your personal details in your Zip account, and at checkout are current and up-to-date.
Having trouble? Make sure youre not adding the credit card to a Zip Pay account. See the available payment methods for Zip Pay here. Make sure you are adding the correct BSB and Account details, ensuring that there are no spaces in the respective fields.
If youve completed a Zip order and would like to place another one, you will need to make a new Purchase Request to generate a new virtual card--every time.
In order to remove a card from your account, you will need to replace it with another payment method. Once you have added a new card to your account you will be able to remove any old cards by selecting the icon to the right, next to your old card.
Once youve logged in: Navigate to the HOME screen on your Zip app. Select your account tile (Zip Pay/Zip Money) In the top right corner click Manage Select the change payment method. Enter your nominated card details. Be sure to set it as the default (see below) Click SAVE. Your card has now been successfully added!
