I have a PDF here a certificate of completion that I actually need to print out for several other people. Now, instead of creating a new PDF each time, what Iamp;#39;m going to do instead is select the Edit button from my tools panel, and Iamp;#39;m simply going to select edit PDF. Now this brings up a little dialog box around our contents. And letamp;#39;s say we want to change the name from Shawn Jordison to John Doe. Iamp;#39;ll simply change the name, select Close, and then we will do a File Save apps. And itamp;#39;s that simple. You just learned how to edit a PDF using the Edit tool within docHub. Portable Document Format (PDF) is a common format for sharing final versions of files. To add or edit text in a PDF that was made in an Office program like Excel or Publisher, start with the original Office file. Open that file in your Office program, make your changes, and then save the file in PDF format again.

Or, you can right-click on the opened PDF file and choose Document Properties in the drop-down window. Remove Metadata: In the Properties window, youll see information like the author, subject, keywords, and more. To remove this metadata, simply delete the text in each field or modify it as needed.
Edit a PDF Go to File Open. Find the PDF and open it (you might have to select Browse and find the PDF in a folder). Word tells you that its going to make a copy of the PDF and convert its contents into a format that Word can display. After your edits, you save it as a Word doc or a PDF.

Select the PDF document you want to correct. Click on the Correct button. The document will open in the editor. Use the various editing tools to make the necessary corrections.
You will find to undo and redo buttons in the top left corner of the page. The undo button is an arrow pointing left, the redo button is an arrow pointing right. Alternatively, you can undo the last changes by pressing Ctrl+Z. You can reverse the last undo command by pressing Shift+Ctrl+Z.
