In the key block, person, nonperson, or alternated searches can be performed in the ID field. There are a couple of ways to locate persons and nonpersons in the system. In this lesson, we will review those options. Click the Search icon, which looks like an ellipsis or three dots, on the ID field. You are presented with a separate option list, which enables you to search various populations in the system. For this demonstration, click the Person Search link, as we are searching for an individual versus an organization. A person search window appears.
