welcome everyone to this video today iamp;#39;m going to walk you through how to quickly and easily select multiple files and folders here in mac os and so right now i have the finder open and so obviously to get started you can just click on a single file or folder and it will select it if i click off it will deselect it now if i just want to quickly select everything hold down the command button and the command key is this key right here so iamp;#39;m going to hold down the command button and then click on a as in apple and you can see that it selects everything if i continue to hold down the command button and just select on a single file it will deselect it while keeping everything else selected i can also click off to deselect and i do have the option to click and drag to select files and folders if iamp;#39;d like to do so but please keep in mind that if i click on this 7 file and hold down the shift key and then click on 2 you will notice it does not select everything in betw

Delete a file attachment from a sent or received email message Open the email message in the reading pane or double-click the message to open it in a new window. Select the drop-down arrow () next to the attachment name, then select Remove attachment. Close the message and save changes.
In the Mail app on your Mac, do any of the following: Delete large messages or messages with attachments, or move the messages to a mailbox on your Mac. Delete attachments that you saved. Empty your Trash mailbox.
For the current message: Choose Edit Attachments Insert Attachments at End. For all messages: From the Message viewer, choose Edit Attachments Always Insert Attachments at End of Message (a checkmark shows its on).
Annotate email attachments on iPhone In the email, tap the attachment, then tap . Using the drawing tools, draw with your finger. When youre finished, tap Done, then choose to reply to the attachment sender, start a new message, save the annotated attachment to your files, or discard your edited attachment.
Open an email that has attachments. Click Edit Message, to put the email in editable mode. Open one of the attachments (e.g. Word or Excel document) Edit the document and click save, at which point the email is updated with the modified version of the document.
In the Mail app on your Mac, select a message that includes one or more attachments. Choose Message Remove Attachments. The message remains in the mailbox and is annotated to indicate that all attachments were manually removed.
Choose Storage Settings. Find Messages on the list and click the i icon. You will see in the main window a list of all the attachments on your Mac. To remove them all, select the first one, press and hold Shift, then select the last one.
