Find the option labeled Allow response editing. Toggle this switch to the ON position. This enables respondents to edit their submissions after they have submitted them.

Students Submitting a Google Doc File to their Instructor Grant permission settings to the instructor as Can Edit (which is selected by default) or Can comment or Can view depending on the instructors preference. Can edit - Collaborators can add and edit content as well as add comments.
Ensure you are signed into the correct Google account, and have not switched to a different one during the application process. You can make changes to an application before you submit it, including loading a different resume, but you cant make changes after you submit.
Open your form in Google Forms. Click Settings ⚙️ icon. Check Edit after submit option. Click Save.
