hey guys in this video were going to take a look at how you can restore text messages and call logs on the samsung galaxy s 22 series first tap on the home button to go back to the home screen and from the home screen swipe down at the top and tap on the settings icon in settings go down and tap on accounts and backup next tap on restore data from the samsung cloud section in here tap on a backup that you would like to restore from then here im going to deselect all the items and simply just choose call logs and messages next tap on the restore button at the bottom in here it will tell you how many call logs will be restored and how many text messages will be restored then tap on the restore button at the bottom and now your phone will proceed to restore the call logs and text messages and thats it finally you can tap on the home button to go back to the home screen and you can check your status bar to see the restored progress on your device and thats it thank you for watching th

Restoring messages to an Android phone To restore a backup to a phone, click Backup Restore in the Droid Transfer Messages tab. Then click Restore. You will be prompted to select the backup file that you wish to restore to your device. Click Open once you have made your selection.

Restore From Samsung Cloud or Google Drive You can easily view all the data thats been backed up by simply going into Settings and then Accounts and Backup. Here, you will see all the accounts where your information is being backed up. In most cases, itll be Samsung Cloud or Google Drive, or both.
To start with, press Ctrl+Z on your keyboard to undo the deletion of the text files. This should be done for retrieving the deleted text on PC immediately after you press the Delete button.
Text messages are stored on your phone, not on your Sim. Therefore, if someone puts your Sim card into their phone, they will not see any text messages that you have received on your phone, unless you have manually moved your SMSs to your Sim.
Restore backup data using Samsung Cloud From Settings, tap your name at the top of the screen. Tap Samsung Cloud, and then tap Restore data. Select your desired device backup, and then select the content you want to restore. Next, tap Restore, and then tap if prompted. The backup will begin downloading.
Go to Settings Accounts and backup Backup and restore. Under your Google account, tap Google Account to check if there is a Google Drive backup created before the messages were deleted. If there is an available backup, you may restore the backup and get the deleted messages back.

There is a file dedicated to storing texts and other mobile data within the SIM card memory. However, the deleted SMS is still retained on the SIM card, and by changing the status field into in use, the deleted SMS can be restored on the SIM card.
