To recover deleted tables and workspace, you can click on the trash folder on the homepage. You can hover over the specific table or workspace that you want to recover and click restore.
The RESTORE DATABASE command is the most basic and universal way to restore SQL Server backups since T-SQL commands work everywhere whether you type them in SQL Server Management Studio, execute via sqlcmd utility or run from your program.
In the Explorer pane, expand the project and dataset nodes of the table snapshot you want to restore from. Click the name of the table snapshot. In the table snapshot pane that appears, click Restore. In the Restore snapshot pane that appears, enter the Project, Dataset, and Table information for the existing table.
Take a backup Launch SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and connect to your SQL Server instance. Expand the Databases node in Object Explorer. Right-click the database, hover over Tasks, and select Back up. Under Destination, confirm that the path for your backup is correct.
To restore a single table from a database backup, first, find and extract the backup file. Then, restore it to a temporary location using database-specific commands or tools. Access the restored database, extract the desired table data, and import it into the target table using appropriate SQL statements or tools.
