Open the Google Authenticator app. If you still have access to your old Authenticator, you can easily recover all your accounts onto a new device by scanning your QR code with that device. The only way to recover Authenticator if youve lost your phone is to make sure you have a backup copy of your QR code in advance.
Using a two-factor authentication recovery code Type your username and password to prompt authentication. Under Having problems?, click Use a recovery code or request a reset. Type one of your recovery codes, then click Verify.
Raise a support ticket and provide us with your email address and the date you last had access to your PDAX account in the description box. We will respond to your ticket with additional instructions on how to recover your account.
If youre not logged in elsewhere and youve lost the smartphone with the authenticator, done a factory reset, or had it stolen (basically, if you no longer have access to it), or if the above method didnt work, you wont be able to recover the authenticator. What you can do now is restore access to your account.
