Please try following the steps below to check the ribbon settings: Click New Meeting or press Ctrl+Shift+Q to open up a meeting form. Right click on the ribbon, choose Customize the Ribbon: If the checkbox of Scheduling Assitant is not selected, please tick it and see how it goes.
Decide where you want the subject to appear in your inbox. Highlight Subject. Underneath the Show these columns field, click the Move Up or Move Down buttons to change the order in which the subject will appear in your inbox.
You can change your view to show the subject above the sender. If you want to show the subject line above the senders name, click View Conversation Options, and uncheck Show Senders Above the Subject.
It lets you view the attendees calendars, indicate where there are conflicts, and suggest times when all of the attendees are free. The Scheduling Assistant can only be as accurate as the information people have put in their calendar.
Go to the View drop down menu and select Reset View in the Current View section. You can also try the Outlook switch /cleanviews to restore the default view. Close Outlook and go to Start/Run or Win+R and type Outlook.exe /cleanviews then select OK. Was this reply helpful?
In the scheduling assistance, please click Options and make sure your checked the option Show Calendar Details. 2. Then click Outlook File Options Calendar, and scroll down to the bottom. Here you can see Scheduling assistant, then please make sure both options are already checked.
Use the Scheduling Assistant From the Inbox, select New Items Meeting or in the Calendar, select New Meeting. Add attendees in the To box. In the Subject box, enter a description of the meeting or event. Select Scheduling Assistant from the Ribbon. Times that your attendees are busy are shown in dark blue.
Change a single appointment, meeting, or event you created Open the appointment, event, or meeting from your calendar. Edit the item details on the Appointment or Meeting tab. When youre done, click Save Close for an appointment or event or Send Update for a meeting you created.
