On the home screen, select the Notes app. In the left panel, select Recently Deleted. If you can locate your missing notes, choose them and select Recover. After you recover your notes, you can save them to your computer or use your device to take screenshots.

Recover recently deleted notes In Notes on iCloud.com, select Recently Deleted in the folder list on the left. If you dont see Recently Deleted, you dont have any notes in that folder, and theres nothing to be recovered. Select a note, then click Recover in the Notes toolbar. The note moves to the Notes folder.
Ctrl+Z brought back all of the paragraphs that had disappeared when I clicked on something accidently.
Navigate to Text Input Recover Extension. Simply type text recovery into the search bar at the top of the page to pull it up in the search results.
If you use upgraded iCloud notes, deleted notes are moved to the Recently Deleted folder for that iCloud account, on all devices that use the same account. After 30 days, the notes are removed from all your devices. After 40 days, the notes are permanently deleted from iCloud.
If you accidentally deleted a note you still need, you can recover it. In the Notes app, tap the back button at the top-left until youre in the Folders menu. Tap Recently Deleted under iCloud. Tap Edit at the top-right and select the note(s) you want to restore. Tap Move and select Notes to restore the note.
Do any of the following: Undo the last action: Choose Edit Undo (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen), or press Command-Z on your keyboard. Redo the last action you undid: Choose Edit Redo, or press Command-Shift-Z.
