Restoring Your Settings from a Backup Make sure Revu is currently closed. Go to Start All Programs Bluebeam Software Bluebeam Administrator. Click the Revu tab. Click Restore Settings, and then locate and select the Zip (. Click Open. Close the Bluebeam Administrator by clicking Apply and OK.
Note: If opening a revision of a PDF file, the icon will appear in the files tab within Revu. Click this icon and select Revision History to return to the Revision History dialog box. Revu creates recovery files in the folder %TEMP%\Bluebeam Software\Revu\. Files in this folder allow unsaved work to be recovered if Revu closes unexpectantly. This folder should be maintained in the users folder on the server to enable crash recovery.
