hi there guys Im dalha and in this video Im going to show you how you can use Google Drive to recover your deleted Google Sheets sometimes we delete a Google sheet and then realize later on that we need to use that sheet again or sometimes we may even delete a Google sheet on accident and need to recover it immediately fortunately for us Google Drive does not delete a Google sheet permanently instead it transfers it to a Google Drive bin where it stays for up to 30 days from when it was deleted so if youre in a similar situation all you have to do is head over to the docs.google .com page then head over to this menu there head over to drive Monsoon Drive youll see this menu right here which says bin when you go to bin then youll see all the deleted files in the past 30 days now lets go ahead and test this here I have a test sheet lets go ahead and delete it remove it says move to bin so were going to move it to bin and then head over to bin and there it is from here were going

Click on the Volume you want to enable Shadow Copies for, then click Settings. Under Storage Area, change the location to the additional disk you created in the Prerequisite Steps section of this document. The Schedule button allows you to set a preferred schedule to capture the Shadow Copies.
Shadow copies are stored alongside your file systems data, and therefore consume the file systems storage capacity. However, shadow copies consume storage capacity only for the changed portions of files. All shadow copies stored in your file system are included in backups of your file system.
To restore a shadow copy thats stored on your computer, you right-click the file or folder, and then click Restore previous versions. Then you select the previous version of the file or folder that you want to restore, click Restore, and the file or folder is restored.
Shadow copies stored are stored locally, at the root of the Windows volume in the System Volume Information folder.
Windows operating system allows you to access the Shadow Copies by right-clicking on the file/folder/drive, choosing Properties and then Previous Versions. However, this feature might omit some of the shadow copies. ShadowCopyView displays all of them.
Click Browse for files or Browse for folders. Select the items that you want to back up, and then click Next. Select the destination path, and then click Restore. The Confirmation screen appears.
Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Manage. Right-click Shared Folders, point to All Tasks, and then click Configure Shadow Copies. In the Select a volume list, click the drive that contains the file share resource that you want to create a shadow copy for.
These shadow copies record any changes made to files as well as allowing recovery of deleted files and folders. The shadow copies go back about two weeks depending on usage and available disk space.
