Its a shift were watching a shift in our industry and actually I first learned about it about a year ago. I got a call from a customer and she told me that she just got a job promotion and I asked, What is your new title? and she said, My new job title is the VP of Event Operations. Really cool job descriptions and so Ive started to call this shift the shift from EP, event planner to VP, the VP, vice president mentality.
