During todays video snack, Im going to show you how to restore a record that has been soft deleted to the recycle bin in Salesforce. Sometimes records need to be restored from deletion. Whether these records get deleted accidentally or on purpose, things can change and you may need data back that youve already decided to get rid of. Once records are deleted, theyre placed in the recycle bin for approximately 15 days, which is considered a soft delete, after which they are permanently deleted, which is sometimes referred to as a hard delete. While the records are still in the recycle bin, users have the ability to restore them before they are permanently deleted. This video will show you how to recover those deleted records.
