Why is QR code not readable?

Your phones camera may have trouble scanning the code if its tilted at an angle. Make sure that its level with the surface that the code is printed on. If youre holding your phone too close or too far away, it wont scan the code.

Can QR codes be deactivated?

Note: Deactivating a QR Code is a feature of Dynamic QR Codes. It is not possible to deactivate a Static QR Code as it stores the data in the QR Code itself.

How do I restore a QR Code?

Click on Restore next to a QR Code You will see a list of deleted QR Codes. When you click on a Restore button the corresponding QR Code will be undeleted. Please note that restoring a QR Code will not bring back old scan statistics since they were deleted for good.

How do I fix unclear QR code?

To fix blurry QR codes online, it is important to select the right image file format to download with. If you are planning to place your QR code in the print paper, it is recommended to download your QR code in vector file formats like the Scalar Vector Graphics (SVG) format.
