The only way youd have it is if you had done manual backups of your data that you might still have access to. But if no devices are stil on the sync chain and you dont have a backup of your data, then theres no way for anyone to recover this for you.
Make sure you properly backup any Rewards/wallet data, make a safe copy of the User Data folder as mentioned above, then when you reinstall Windows and Brave, return to that same directory and paste/replace the saved copy of your User Data folder over the one made by the new installation.
Restore Previous Session: Open Brave. Click on the three horizontal lines in the upper-right corner (menu icon). Go to History. Check if theres an option for Restore previous session or Restore tabs.
Our company does not store any record of peoples browsing history. We dont write any personal data to the blockchain. The only way a users data is stored by Brave is if the user has switched on Rewards or Sync. Read this document to understand how the Brave Browser uses data.
If you need a rollback of Brave Browser, check out the apps version history on Uptodown. It includes all the file versions available to download off Uptodown for that app. Download rollbacks of Brave Browser for Android.

You can hit Ctrl+H or go to brave://history/ and search and peruse it there.
