[Music] what you guys got another video here for you in this one were gonna be taking a look at how we can automate system restore to make regular system restore points of our system now this could be a great safety net if you are always tinkering with your computer or where we get infected or whatever it may be that you want to set automated system restore points up for now obviously youre going to need to an able system restore and by default system restore is disabled so were going to go down to the search here and we can put in your system and we can go restore like so and you can see here it says create a restore point so we just click on this and this is our box here now obviously youre going to need to make sure that you enable it and I mine is on so if yours is not on youre gonna need to configure it and then make sure you turn it on mine is already turned on here so I can use it so you can set up your space here to allocate how much space you want for it and once youve

If the System Restore points are missing, it can be because the System Restore utility has been turned off manually. Whenever your turn off System Restore, all previous points created are deleted.
In the Control Panel search box, type recovery. Select Recovery Open System Restore. In the Restore system files and settings box, select Next. Select the restore point that you want to use in the list of results, and then select Scan for affected programs.
To go back to a restore point: Select the Start button, then type control panel in the search box next to the Start button on the taskbar and select Control Panel (Desktop app) from the results. Search Control Panel for Recovery, and select Recovery Open System Restore Next.

Its a good idea to create a restore point when your computer is in a stable, functional state. Create one before making docHub system changes or installing new or unknown software; if anything goes wrong, you can revert the operating system to the restore point.
In the search box on the taskbar, type restore files, and then select Restore your files with File History. Look for the file you need, then use the arrows to see all its versions. When you find the version you want, select Restore to save it in its original location.
