hey guys waiting here from HT type videos today I want to show you how to get your work back if you were working on a project with Google Docs and your paper got erased as long as the file is still there for example just like this this is the paper that got erased you can get it back Im going to show you how to do that so first of all open the document you were working on some of my Google Docs opening it up this was supposed to be my final paper and its gone and nothing is here so what youre gonna do so like you might have tried like ctrl Z which ctrl Z doesnt work if youve I closed the project and reopened it but all hope isnt lost what youre gonna do is go to file and go down to see revision history and in the upper right corner right here this is your revision history and so it shows today excuse me December 2nd which doesnt really help us too much it does kind of help us theres a little bit of the paper right there but if we go down the bottom go to show more details det

On a computer, go to drive.google.com. In the search bar, click the icon to the far right. Use the advanced search options to find your file. For example, to see spreadsheets, next to Type, click the down arrow, then click Spreadsheets.
On your computer, open a document in Google Docs. Select the paragraph you want to change. Click Format Paragraph styles Borders and shading. In the window that opens, change how you want your paragraph to look. To remove paragraph borders or color, click Reset. When you are done, click Apply.
How to Recover Unsaved Google Docs Click on File on the top left menu and click Version history and then select See version history. On the right pane, your saved editions of the files will be listed in a time view. Once decided, click on the right version and use the Restore this version button to get it back.
There are some possible reasons for Google Drive missing files: ☛You may accidentally delete it but unaware of it. ☛You are not logged into the right account that has your files. ☛Disk scanning or backup software that locks out Google Drive.
Restore an earlier version On your computer, open a document, spreadsheet, or presentation. At the top, click File Version history See version history. In the right panel, choose an earlier version. At the top, click Restore this version Restore.
Select the Recycle bin. If you want all of your files back, select Restore all items. Or, select only the files you want and click Restore.
To delete your Google Drive files, move them to the trash. Files in trash will be automatically deleted after 30 days. You can restore files from your trash before the 30-day time window. You can also permanently delete them to empty your trash.
You can easily recover deleted files by performing the undo operation. Yes, it is that simple. All you need to do is to press Ctrl + Z from your keyboard and you will get back your deleted google docs files.
