well its a lovely spring afternoon here in march 2019 im here to collect a ticket from a northern rail ticket machine which has already been ordered on the internet it can be picked up anytime between when i actually make the booking or about 15 minutes afterwards right up until the time of travel to start with we press the button collect tickets it says please insert the payment card and follow the card read the instructions you will not be charged so we start by using the correct credit card which is an american express card pop it in there present card it says do not remove card and remove card so its quite happy now nothing has been charged to my credit card the tickets already been booked im now invited to put in the code which is an eight letter combination of letters and numbers in this case seven l t two b l [Music] j f so its an eight letter combination of letters numbers confirm and it says here from edinburgh to newcastle im from newcastle edinburgh two separate tick
