This is your Avaya Office Telephone. This video will cover all of the basic functions you will need to know to begin using your new phone. First lets identify some of the most important keys and indicators. The call indicator is located on the top right corner of the phone. This light will flash when you have an incoming call. The soft keys are located beneath the LCD screen. The soft keys are context sensitive, thus the labels on the screen and will vary based on your current call status. On the left and right sides of the LCD display are a total of 8 multi-status feature buttons. These feature buttons correspond to the labels on the left and right of the LCD display. There are actually 3 pages of feature buttons. The other 2 pages can be accessed by pressing the left or right navigational arrows.
