hey guys waiting here from HT type videos today I want to show you how to get your work back if you were working on a project with Google Docs and your paper got erased as long as the file is still there for example just like this this is the paper that got erased you can get it back Im going to show you how to do that so first of all open the document you were working on some of my Google Docs opening it up this was supposed to be my final paper and its gone and nothing is here so what youre gonna do so like you might have tried like ctrl Z which ctrl Z doesnt work if youve I closed the project and reopened it but all hope isnt lost what youre gonna do is go to file and go down to see revision history and in the upper right corner right here this is your revision history and so it shows today excuse me December 2nd which doesnt really help us too much it does kind of help us theres a little bit of the paper right there but if we go down the bottom go to show more details det

Restore a Previous Version If you have a previous version of your document that you want to revert to, you can simply restore it. Select the version in the sidebar and then at the top of the document, click Restore this version. You'll then need to confirm the action by clicking Restore.
When you delete any file or folder in your Google Drive, it is moved to the trash folder. The deleted file stays in trash for 30 days and then it is permanently deleted. You can right-click the deleted file in the trash bin and select Restore to undelete the file.
Step 1. Go to drive.google.com while you are online, and go to the Settings of Google Drive. Step 2. Scroll down and check the box next to Sync Google Docs, Sheets, Slides & Drawings files to this computer so that you can edit offline, click Done to confirm the operation.

Start syncing all your documents stored in the Drive, by doing as follows: Open "Settings" app. Go to accounts and tap "Google" Tap the Google Account you would like to Sync drive. If you have disabled auto sync option, you need to tap Sync Drive to start syncing manually.
You deleted something and want it back Open your Google Drive App. Tap the file you'd like to recover. Tap Restore.
If a file won't open, a few things could be wrong: You don't have permission to view the file. You're signed in to a Google Account that doesn't have access. The correct app isn't installed on your phone.
If you deleted something recently using Google Drive or the Google Drive desktop app, you might be able to restore the file yourself....Restore files you deleted On a computer, go to drive.google.com/drive/trash. ... Right-click the file you want to recover. Click Restore.
