Open your account from the left sidebar, then go to Online-Online Bill Payment menu and refresh the payees there.
To manage payees: In the Manage Whom field, select the Payee option. All the beneficiaries (Payees) appear on Manage Payees Billers screen. OR. Click the Add New Payee link if you want to add a new payee. From the Payee List, select and click on relevant payee whose details you want to view. OR. Click.
If you have a bill payment set up, you may have noticed that the payee has disappeared from your list of payees. In most cases, this will have been requested by the recipient bank to delete the details we held. If this is the case, please contact the company for instructions on how you can pay your card.
In the Account Name field, enter the payee name. In the Payee Name field, enter the payees names as maintained against the payees account. In the Nickname field, enter a nick name a nickname to be assigned to the specific account of the payee. Click Add to add a payee.
Link the two accounts. Log in to the first banks website or mobile app and select the option for making transfers. Provide external account information. Have the second banks routing number and your account number handy. Confirm the new account. Set up transfers.
If youre setting up online bill payments from your checking account, the payee is the business you want to pay (your utility provider, for example). Providing payee information tells your bank who receives the money and where to send the check or electronic payment.
Payees are usually corporations and as such they can go bankrupt or out of business. People can die. Even city governments can go bust.
To manage payees: In the Manage Whom field, select the Payee option. All the beneficiaries (Payees) appear on Manage Payees Billers screen. OR. To add a bill payee: From the apps Home screen, tap Move money. Tap Pay bills. Tap Manage bills. Tap Manage payees. Tap Add new payee and enter the payee name and your account number. Tap Add payee.
Payee account is not supported/Unable to check name Either the bank youre sending the money to doesnt do CoP checks, or the type of account youre sending the money to doesnt support these checks. It can also mean that the person youre paying has switched their account to a new one.
