In the template editor, drag the elements that you want to the template, and then complete the details. To add: One or more Quote fields or fields from related objects, use a section and add fields to it. Text that you can edit and format, such as terms and conditions, use Text/Image Field .
Add Your Company Logo to an Email Template Upload your company logo to the Documents tab. Copy the image address. Add the copied image address to the email template. To use an email address for customer interactions, add an organization-wide email address.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter App Manager , and then select App Manager. button corresponding to Trade Promotion Management, and then click Edit. On the App Details Branding page, upload your new logo under App Branding. Save your changes.
Go to the quote template where you want to include a PDF. Choose a template section and then click Include Document. Choose the PDF that you want to include. When sales reps create a quote document that includes this section, they see the PDF where you included it.
Select a Template. Creating winning quotes is a learning process. Add Client Information. Make sure you include who the quote is for. Enter the Quote Number. Include a Date of Issue. Enter Products or Services. Add Terms and Conditions. Include Notes. Add Optional Details.
Upload your image. On the document detail page, select Externally Available Image. This field indicates that the image is available for HTML email templates, such as a logo in a letterhead. It also indicates that the image doesnt require a Salesforce username and password to view in an email.
A professional quote template will include these basic elements: Quote number or sales tax number. Sent date. Your business name and company information. A detailed description of the work to be completed. Cost breakdown of the job. Labor costs, material prices, or any other associated costs.
Insert an Uploaded Image Drag Text/Image Field into place in the header, the footer, or any section in the body. Click the image icon, click Choose File, and then select the image in your file directory. Click Open and then Insert. The image appears in the field.
