In this tutorial video, the presenter demonstrates how to create a quote for a customer. First, access the contact list and search for the desired customer. On the customer's page, scroll to the right and select "Quotes" to view past quotes. In the top right corner, there is an option to start a new quote. The new quote requires several details: location, customer number, number of people, order type, serve date, serve time, and kitchen ready time. Special instructions can also be provided. Once this information is entered, you can scroll down to add items to the quote. An example given is entering a "super deluxe party pack" along with specific options for the order.
