heres how you reset the GE in-wall z-wave pedal switches to factory defaults there is a little tab right here you can pop out Ill turn the lights off so you can see what happens but okay maybe not so popping this little tab out disconnects the switch from z-waves there we go and okay so I use the screwdriver to pop the tab out its stuck in the out position and then you pop it back in and you hit the on switch ten times and now you should be ready to pair it with a new z-wave hub keep in mind the z-wave protocol specifies you can only connect to one hub at a time I originally had the setup connected to smart things and then I try to switch over to husband and I prefer smart things so I had to reset all my switches to factory defaults then reconnect through smart things I hope this helps
