look at that guys tons and tons of fit oh my goodness its the earliest Ive gotten up and like freakin two years to go fishing but there is a reason why so Im going doc Lite fishing dude this time of year summertime is when these dock lights are game on its like 3:45 in the morning let there be light there we go and there we go check it out I got me a little headlamp first time using this bad boy usually cuz I sleep in get up in the mornin are you kidding me so you know it would be like the worst thing ever if we get down here and the dock lights are not on and then I get up for no reason that would be horrible but thats the chance Im taking okay it was on the other night and I actually made a video out here but I cant post it until June 10th actually worked with a company to make the video so it was kind of cool well see this is gonna be fun its about to be game on so good news guys the dock light is on but even better news is theres fish blowing up in it right now you want

Try to disconnect and reconnect the docking station to the laptop. Check the USB ports. Try plugging the USB device into another port. First power off the docking station by disconnecting the Type-C cable and then removing the power adapter from the dock.
If your laptop is working but you cannot get the screens to display on your external monitor, and you have verified that all your cables are tightly connected, you may need to power-cycle your Dell docking station. This issue often occurs after a power outage.
To re-set to the default factory settings, first power off the docking station, press the re-set button for more than 2 seconds, and then power on the docking station. Restores all parameters to factory defaults.
If the docking station is not behaving properly, pull the power cord out of the back left corner of the docking station. Wait 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back in. Note: If unplugging the docking station is not successful, next unplug the power cord from the Isobar or wall outlet.
Second monitor not detected? Here's how to fix it Check that your monitor is powered on. Ensure your monitor and PC are connected. If you're using a graphics card, check you're using the correct port. Make sure you're on the right monitor input channel. Swap cables. Check that your dock is hooked up correctly. Restart your PC.
Unplug AC power from the Docking Station. Drain any remaining power to the Docking Station by holding the power button for 30 seconds. Plug AC power into the Docking Station.

Dock Reset Procedure: Remove the dock USB-C or Thunderbolt cable from the computer. Unplug AC power from the WD19 series dock. Drain any remaining power to the dock by holding the power button for 30 seconds. Plug AC power into the dock. The dock LED on the power button should blink three (3) times.
Restart the Docking Station Please save any files or documents that you are working on. Unplug the power cable from the back of the Dell docking station (TB16 or WD19TB dock) The power cable has a circular end to it. Wait 15 seconds. Plug the power cable back into the Dell docking station.
