[Music] hello and welcome back to the rc channel so in this episode were going to actually begin the restoration of the project car so this is the car that ill be restoring as seen in the other in the last episode so yeah uh first thing i thought id do is perhaps uh show you a couple of things uh that ive already bought and share a couple of my ideas for the car so one of the things when i got the car i didnt quite like about it was that the the width of the car was only 180 millimeters the axle width was only 180 millimeters now mostly rc as i know that and with 110 scale cars the whips normally 200 millimeters thats what the shells come uh the size of the shells come in so i wanted an extra 20 millimeters and i found a way of getting that so first thing i thought was to get offset wheels so ive bought these wheels hpi racing uh i think theyre pretty cool theyre a lot wider than the ones that occur in the car these are the standard 26 mil these ones are 31 millimeters so a
