To restore the default font settings in Windows 10, do the following: First, head to the classic Control Panel app. Navigate to Control Panel\Appearance. Here, locate Personalization\Fonts. A folder will open, with all available fonts listed in alphabetical order. On the left, find the link that says “Font settings”.
First, restart your computer, and then test the font again. Some installations are not complete until the computer is restarted. This also makes sure that all applications are restarted after the installation.
Current User: Fonts are available only to you and are located in the Fonts folder in your home Library (~/Library/Fonts/). To see your home Library folder, click the Finder icon in the Dock, then press and hold the Option key while you choose Go > Library.
Restoring the standard fonts moves any fonts you've installed into a separate folder, which makes them unavailable to use in apps. In the Font Book app on your Mac, choose Font Book > Settings. Click Advanced, then click Reset Fonts. Click Proceed to confirm, and enter your password if asked (or use Touch ID).

Go to Format > Font > Font. + D to open the Font dialog box. Select the font and size you want to use. Select Default, and then select Yes.
