hi this is Maggie Chitty and this is my module 13 reflection um the copyright laws were some were not surprising some so many things that I knew but other things were very surprising some of them I thought were kind of ridiculous like the whole photo thing like you cant youre technically supposed to pay for a photo to have on your powerpoint or whatever you use in your classroom and I mean I guess if I was a fancy photographer and I took a nice photo then I would probably want someone to pay for it but just because Im so used to just going to Google and taking a photo and then putting it on my powerpoint I dont think about like who took the photo or who designed the photo and giving them credit for it theres times that I know that Ive even had a photo that had like words written on it or copyright and I didnt want that in my powerpoint I just won the photo so I took it on Microsoft and I cropped that out which thinking now that that was not good to do but as far as my experience
