hey so this is how you make a report with uh email and the status of the email so were just going to create a new custom report were going to go to activities were going to go to HTML email status and were gonna go create and here its just going to show what the email was when it was sent and the date opened and if it was open you get a check mark and thats all it takes to create a report with the email status we just run the report and now were going to save as and well say the report name is email opened and well save and return to report and thats all you do to see if uh to check out the email statuses
