hi guys in this video im going to show you what to do if your iphone or ipad is missing emails that are older than about a month so if your iphone or ipad is only showing the last months emails im going to show you how to get the older ones back [Music] all you need to do is go into settings and then mail and then accounts and then tap on the email account thats missing those emails and you should see near the bottom mail days to sync usually this says one month and thats why you cant see older emails so change this to no limit and then go back into your emails so now you dont need to do anything else you might just need to wait a few minutes but the emails should gradually start to trickle in on their own let me know in the comments below if this video helped you and please click the like button and if youd like to see more of my videos in future hit the red subscribe button thanks for watching and ill see you next time [Music] [Applause] you

Important: On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app . At the top left, tap Menu. Bin. On the left of each message that you want to recover, tap the senders profile image. At the top right, tap More. Move to. In the Move to menu, choose where you want to move the messages.
Restore data. You can also find this option at the left of the users account page, under More . Select the date range for the data you want to restore, from within the last 25 days. Select the type of data you want to restore: Gmail. Click Restore.
Emails might skip your inbox if they were accidentally archived, deleted, or marked as spam.
Most email service providers offer account recovery options such as resetting passwords or answering security questions. Look for these options on the sign-in page of your email service providers website and follow the prompts provided.
Even if you deleted the emails, your organization most likely will have a comprehensive backup strategy in place to recover anything deleted, even from several weeks back. There are multiple ways that email can be retained separate from a backup.
In Outlook, go to your email folder list, and then select Deleted Items. Important: If you dont see the Deleted Items folder, but instead see the Trash folder, your account doesnt support recovering an item thats no longer in your Deleted Items folder. On the Home tab, select Recover Deleted Items From Server.
Step 1: Sign in to your Gmail account. Step 2: In the left-side menu, click More to display all your Gmail folders. Step 3: Open the Trash folder. Step 4: Select the email you wish to recover. Step 5: To retrieve this email, click Move to. Step 2: Tap the burger icon to display the Gmail menu.
On Desktop: Step 1: Open Gmail on your computer and click on More in the left-hand menu. Step 2: Locate and click on the Trash folder; this is where you can find all your deleted emails. Step 3: Select the emails you wish to recover. Step 4: Click on Move to in the menu.
