or in Outlook 2019 Im going to show you how to recover deleted items from the deleted folder so lets first off lets just delete a few items here its go ahead hit the Delete key lets go to our deleted items and we see those three items now lets go ahead and select them were gonna delete them from the deleted folder lets go ahead and choose delete says this is gonna be a permanent deletion continue yes alright so is it really permanent well not really cuz if youve deleted it within the last 30 days which is the default amount of time and you can change that through exchange in PowerShell if you need to then you can go to the recover items recently removed from this folder so we click on that and look at that we can see the items deleted from the deleted folder and we can then recover them so lets go ahead and choose one of those emails and choose to restore the selected item so lets go ahead and click OK and we just go back into our deleted items and there it is back again so

How to delete a Job Requisition? Go to Job Requisitions. Navigate to the All Requisitions page. Select the requisition you want to delete. Click on the Delete icon (under the Actions column) Confirm the action by selecting Yes on the pop-up.
Delete a candidate Go to a candidates profile. Click the More button in the top right corner. Select Delete candidate. Confirm your action.
Procedure. Go to Job Requisitions page and select the requisition you want to delete. In the Job Requisition Detail tab, click the  (Delete Job Requisition) icon. The Delete Job Requisition confirmation dialog appears.
Procedure Go to Admin Center Restore Deleted Job Requisitions. Use the search fields to find the deleted job requisition. Select the deleted job requisitions you want to restore from the results, then select Restore in the upper-left of the search results.
A requisition is essentially a hiring order a request that kicks off the recruiting and hiring processes. A typical requisition describes the role to be filled, including the job description, place in the organization, physical location and other relevant detail an approver, recruiter or candidate may need to know.
To copy a requisition: On the Main Menu Ribbon, click Recruiting Requisitions Manage Requisition. Locate the requisition that you want to copy and click Copy. This takes you to the Define Requisition Step. Continue with the steps detailed in the Job Profile Library Method.
