To view past cruises, sign in to your account and go to the Past cruises tab, but bear in mind that cruises and points can take up to 30 days after a cruise ends to display.

Why dont I see my upcoming cruise after signing in to my account? Whether you are on the website or mobile app, your information should appear within a few minutes after signing in. If it doesnt, either refresh the screen or sign out and sign back in to reload your account information.

You can send and receive emails on a cruise but you need an internet connection to be able to do it. When at sea the only way to connect to the internet is through the ships WiFi. When docked, you may be able to send and receive emails using local free WiFi, hot spots or your cell phone mobile data plan.
If you wish to send a letter, visit the Crew Services Office during the advertised cash hours where you can pay for postage.
