we are in office 365 Im going to show you how to locate deleted users and restore their email lets go to the admin icon assuming youre logged in as the administrator and from here were going to go to the upper left side where it says users and were going to go down to where it says deleted users and we see one user and we see the deleted date as long as its within 30 days of the date that were on now then it will allow us to restore that email lets go ahead and check the box and click on restore lets go ahead and choose a password which will just go ahead and put in ourselves and well uncheck make this user change their password and click restore and now well click send email and close so now we also see that the deleted user is gone from our deleted users section so lets go back to active users and we should see and we do the user that we had deleted before has now been fully restored they should be able to log in as themselves as well as see any email they had in there fr

Most email service providers offer account recovery options such as resetting passwords or answering security questions. Look for these options on the sign-in page of your email service providers website and follow the prompts provided.
