If you deleted your Google Account, you may be able to get it back. If its been awhile since you deleted your account, you may not be able to recover the data in your account. If you recover your account, youll be able to sign in as usual to Gmail, Google Play, and other Google services.

Navigate to the sent items page, then double-click the email youd like to recall. In the Message tab, click Actions, then select Recall This Message. Youll see a popup window in Microsoft 365 (or Microsoft Exchange) that will show you the email to recall it.
How to recover a Google account if you forgot your email address Go to Googles Find My Email page. Enter your recovery email or phone number. Enter your first and last name. Send verification code. Enter the verification code. Choose an account. Enter your password. Go to Googles Account Recovery page.
Emails deleted from Gmails Trash folder are removed permanently. There is no way to get them back. So, be careful when clicking Delete forever in Gmail. Emails in the Trash folder are automatically deleted after 30 days, so its recommended to simply leave the email there.
If you want to restore deleted messages for your personal Gmail account, go to Delete or recover deleted Gmail messages. When a user deletes a Gmail message, it stays in their Trash for 30 days.
