when you are collaborating with multiple people in a single file sometimes it gets difficult to pinpoint exactly who made certain change and when this change was made this is when version history in Google sheets comes in very handy with that you can keep track of changes to important documents that were made by other people you can identify when and who made this change and you can revert back to previous changes to do that we are going to open our documents and were starting from the drive and go to the book click in the document and were going to take our mouse up the file so Im gonna click on file and then Im going to come down to version history and then see version history so now I have version history open and I can scroll up and down all the way to the original now lets say I want to revert back to the version on May 1st 1225 so I just click on it and sheets brings that version back up now thats the version that I want to revert back to so I just come to restore this ver
