welcome crm crew my name is nick and in todays quick tutorial im going to be explaining how to recover deleted records in monday.com so once you log into monday.com of course youll come to the home screen now if you have inadvertently deleted something all you need to do is head over to your initials down the bottom left here press your initials and then go to the recycle bin now on the recycle bin you will be able to see everything that has been deleted in the last 30 days after 30 days it is then removed from the recycle bin and the the item that youve deleted is no longer retrievable however if you do need to retrieve something from the recycle bin all you need to do is press the restore button so once you press the restore button that item will then be put back exactly where you found it and that is how to uh take anything thats been deleted and putting the recycle bin back out if youd like to permanently permanently delete something prior to those 30 days so lets say youve

Data restore makes a usable copy of the data available to replace lost or damaged data and ensures the data backup is consistent with the state of the data at a specific point in time before the damage occurred.
Deleted data is only available for 15 days. After 15 days, data is permanently deleted from the Recycle Bin. It will be lost forever. Restoring deleted data is not available to all users.
