did exactly occasionally i dont know but i know the fire department shut the water to the boiler off [Music] we have a four drain here could have been spraying out the door because anything leaking here should go down that drain right i wasnt here when it happened this is just my conclusion when i came up here priority is extraction we had a lot of water come through from the top floor at this point its mainly just extraction simply to get a lot of the water thats stuck on the floors out large water loss occurred here about 10 days ago proper manager called in after hours the boiler so this building built in 2010 the boiler setup means that the pump station is on the roof so the boiler system failed and the leak originated from the roof area down so basically we have water on the 32nd floor all the way down to i believe the fifth of the sixth floor initial cow was expecting to be about 70 units as of today weve confirmed 56 units are affected varying levels of damage so were just

Per Section 70914 of the IIJA an Agency may not obligate funds for an infrastructure project unless all of the iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in the project are produced in the United States or the Agency applies a waiver to the domestic content procurement preference requirement.
The significance of BABA extends to various federal grant programs, including, but not limited to, those funded under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and the IIJA. The OMB final guidance serves as a source of clarity and guidance for federal agencies tasked with implementing BABA.
When purchased by federal entities for public use, the Act requires that these goods be produced in the U.S. To be considered as being produced in the U.S., goods must be manufactured in the U.S. and at least 50% of the cost of their components must come from the U.S. There are exceptions to Buy American requirements.
