whats up everybody Brandon Lindsay here with the rehabbers Playbook and today were going to talk about building your scope of work as a rehabber or a developer we had a trp member recently come up to us with a scope of work that was 11 to 15 pages long she was worried that this might be confusing and too much detail for contractors and she was wanting advice my first advice was yes 11 to 15 pages is way too long for your scope of work I appreciate anybody who likes detail because I like detail as well but Im going to challenge everyone to start focusing on the important detail in noticing all the detail that is unnecessary and maybe even can just be considered fluff right so Ive challenged myself over the years to decrease as much fluff as possible in my scope of work so that I can communicate it with one to two maybe three pages at the most and really I try to stay with one or two pages for my scope of work and as Ive challenged myself over time Ive realized that we do not need
