To register a gift deed, the details of the transaction must be written on stamp paper, along with several documents. The application must be submitted to a sub-registrar for approval. The following documents will be required for the transaction. CNIC copies of both parties.
A corporate name for a British Columbia company must have three parts: (i) a distinctive element (i.e. something that enables the public to distinguish your company from another company operating in British Columbia, such as your name or initials); (ii) a descriptive element (i.e. something that describes the business
A gift letter should include the following information: The exact dollar amount of the gift. The donors name, address, and phone number. The donors relationship to the loan applicant. The date when the funds were or will be transferred. A statement that no repayment is expected.
A deed of gift is the actual legal document transferring ownership. As well as executing the deed of gift, if a property is being transferred it will need to be registered at HM Land Registry.
Similar to a sale deed except that no money is paid in the transfer of the property, a gift deed too has to be registered with the sub-registrar office under section 17 of the Registration Act, 1908, and as per section 123 of the Transfer of Property Act. Failing to do this, would render the contract invalid.
The Full Restoration Application (FORM 30, attached), is to be completed and submitted to the Corporate Registry for filing. Other outstanding filings of Annual Reports, Notice of Change of Directors, as well as the appropriate fees, must accompany the Restoration Application.
Documentation Requirements specify the actual or the maximum dollar amount of the gift; include the donors statement that no repayment is expected; and. indicate the donors name, address, telephone number, and relationship to the borrower.
