In Excel, select the chart, and then press Ctrl+C or go to Home Copy. In your Word document, click or tap where you want the chart to appear, and press Ctrl+V or go to Home Paste. Note: The chart is linked to the original Excel spreadsheet. If data in the spreadsheet changes, the chart updates automatically.
View previous versions of a file Open the file you want to view. Click File Info Version history. Select a version to open it in a separate window. If you want to restore a previous version youve opened, select Restore.

Restore Previous Versions (PC) In Windows, if you right-click on a file, and go to Properties, you will see an option titled Previous Versions. This option can help you revert to a version of your file before the overwrite occurred, allowing you to get your data back.

To recover an overwritten file on Windows 10 PC: Open Windows Explorer and find the folder where the file was located in. Right-click anywhere inside this folder and select Properties. Select the Previous Versions tab. Look for an earlier version of the overwritten file and restore from it.

How to recover overwritten files on a Windows PC Open Windows Explorer and open the folder that contained the overwritten file. From anywhere within the folder, right-click and select Properties. Select the Previous Versions tab. Look at the list of versions, each with a date, and look for the version you want.
