So when you create documents in Pages youre mostly typing characters, letters, numbers, symbols that you can see. But there are also invisible characters. So looking at this document in Pages you can see there are tons of invisible characters. What! You cant see them!. Of course not. Theyre invisible. But there is a way to make them visible. That is to go to View and then Show Invisibles. You can see the shortcut is Shift, Command i. We do that and it will reveal all the invisible characters. With the current version of your document open, choose File Revert To Browse All Versions (from the File menu at the top of your screen). The timeline for the document opens. The current version appears in the window on the left. Earlier versions appear in the window on the right.
View, copy, and restore an earlier version With the document open, choose File Revert To (from the File menu at the top of your screen), then choose Browse All Versions. Recover recently deleted items In the document manager, click Recently Deleted in the sidebar. Move the pointer over a document or folder, click the More button on the thumbnail, then choose Recover. The selected item moves back to its former location in the document manager (under Browse and Recents).
To access archival data you simply paste the URL youre looking for into the Wayback Machine search bar. Youll be shown a calendar indicating the dates that the archive crawled that page and cached it. You simply click on the date you wish to view and youll see how your site looked on that day.
You can revert to a previous version of the page by clicking Revert to this version button in the upper-left corner of the page.
