Raise a support ticket and provide us with your email address and the date you last had access to your PDAX account in the description box. We will respond to your ticket with additional instructions on how to recover your account.
For your PDAX account, you are required to enable a login and transaction 2FA by using an OTP-generator app like Google Authenticator or Authy that youll have to download to your mobile device.
Visit crypto.com/exchange and select the Log In button (upper right-hand corner). Go to your Profile and select Security Account Password and 2FA. Under 2-Factor Authentication, you will see the button to Enable 2FA.
Note: You may access the site through your phones web browser for mobile users. You will be directed to the Home page and click My Account Click on Security and select Add 2FA. Enter your password. Scan the QR code using Google Authenticator or Authy. Enter the authentication code from Google Authenticator or Authy.
The authenticator app asks for a verification code as a test. From the Microsoft Authenticator app, scroll down to your work or school account, copy and paste the 6-digit code from the app into the Step 2: Enter the verification code from the mobile app box on your computer, and then select Verify.
Set up Authenticator On your Android device, go to your Google Account. At the top, tap the Security tab. If at first you dont get the Security tab, swipe through all tabs until you find it. Under Signing in to Google, tap 2-Step Verification. Under Authenticator app, tap Set up. Follow the on-screen steps.
Fill out all the required information and attach a selfie of yourself holding a paper stating 2FA Deactivation, along with your three (3) specimen signatures and date of request. Once youve emailed a request to deactivate your 2FA, our Account Management Team will validate your information.
