While in Builder, click the History tab (lower-left) to view Form Activity. In here you can review actions made by all users and Restore a deleted field if necessary. To restore the field just look for the deleted field in the history and then click on the deleted action to restore that field.
Restoring versions To restore an earlier version, click Restore this version at the top. Next, confirm your choice. Keep in mind that restoring a version means that you will lose any changes that have been made since then. You should only restore a version as a last resort.
Data from all responses is available immediately after each form submission in the Responses tab. The Responses tab contains 3 subtabs: Summary, Question, and Individual.
View Responses to a Google Form Complete the Google Form. Click Submit to proceed. You will be directed to a new page. Click See Previous Responses. A new page will show you the results of all responses submitted.

The Google Forms API lets you retrieve form content, settings and metadata, and the end-user form responses.
Press Ctrl + Z. Your last action is undone. For example, if you had deleted an item and then decided you wanted to keep it after all, undo would make it reappear.
The deleted form responses cannot be restored later. The workaround is to sync responses to Google Sheets as deleting the responses in Google Forms will not affect the responses already synced to Google Sheets.
