The utility allows you to restore attachments, replaced by links, in any Outlook elements. In this message, attachments were replaced by links to files on the disk. Run the utility from the Outlook folders context menu. To configure the utility, select one or more folders. Run the tool and wait until it finishes. Attachments have been successfully restored, this can be seen from the increased file sizes.

Can I recover expired email attachment in Outlook? A. Yes, click on the Folder tab, select Recover Deleted Items, select the attachment you want to recover. Click Recover Selected Items, the attachment will be restored in Deleted Items Folder and now you can move it to any other folder.
We regret to inform you but once the attachment is removed from the email, you will not be able to recover the attachment. The sender of the attachment will have to send the attachment again in a new email.
The simplest way to display Outlooks search tools is to click in the Search Current Mailbox box at the top of the message list. Once you place your cursor in that box, the ribbon will display the Search Tools options. To find all messages with attachments, select the Has Attachments button.

To recover Recoverable Items, follow these steps: Make sure youre connected to your mail server. In Outlook, select Deleted Items from your email folder list. In the Folder menu, select Recover Items Deleted from this folder. Select the items you want to recover, select Recover Deleted Items, then select OK.
The original sender may have not uploaded the files properly, or they may have forgotten to add them to the email in the first place. Its also possible that they emailed you a link to the file instead of attaching it. Send them a message and ask them to try sending the files again. Look for the paperclip icon.
