To recover Recoverable Items, follow these steps: Make sure youre connected to your mail server. In Outlook, select Deleted Items from your email folder list. In the Folder menu, select Recover Items Deleted from this folder. Select the items you want to recover, select Recover Deleted Items, then select OK.
You can open an attachment from the Reading Pane or from an open message. In either case, double-click the attachment to open it. To open an attachment from the message list, right-click the message that has the attachment, click View Attachments, and then click the name of the attachment.
