Mac Preview function The Preview app allows you to select the width and the height of the image and you can also select if you want the changes by pixels, percent, cm, mm, points, inches, or percent. Key features: Freely available built-in app. Simple resizing steps.
The Photo Compress app available at Google Play does the same thing for Android users. Download the app and launch it. Select the photos to compress and adjust the size by choosing Resize Image. Be sure to keep the aspect ratio on so the resizing doesnt distort the height or width of the photo.

How to make a PDF file size smaller. Visit Acrobat online services and navigate to the Compress page by clicking Compress in the menu. Click or tap on the Select a file button. Choose the file from your device or from a cloud service like Google Drive. Your file will upload and compress.
